At ForgeDad, all of our products are made-to-order. This means each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because of this, we have the following return policy:
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding an issue.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Situations
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies for return due to defect or error, we will replace it accordingly.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
However, this right does not apply to made-to-order or personalized items unless they are defective.
